718 Outdoors is a 1-person operation that has remained small, local and independent by design since 2008. If this resonates with you, your support is welcome and greatly appreciated! If not, that's cool too.
My goal isn't to disallow the truckers to keep on trucking, it's to open up space for folks with a few less horsepower.
In my previous example of trucks and campers at New York State Campgrounds, I got roasted by the truck crowd as an "F150 could never tow a 5th wheel that big". You can see what I'm talking about a few posts back.
I know nothing about trucks, guilty as charged...but I've seen a few commercials.
This caused me to do even more research to find an actual example that makes this example even more ridiculous...so, thanks for the prodding.
I present to you the Ford Super Duty 450 Super Duty Crew Cab, towing a Luxe 46RKB (yeah, the "46" means feet).

Working with my local New York State Assemblyman to move these regs into the 20th century.
Here is the #nysdec regulation right from their website.
"Campsite occupancy is limited to 6 persons per campsite, two tents...and two vehicles"
Final Note:
For better or worse, I do not use AI to create my posts. This is all me, with my misspellings, questionable grammar and tangential thoughts. I didn't get into this line of work to hand over my thoughts, expertise and experience to AI to spit out blog posts.
