 F.A.Q.

 General F.A.Q.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

You Can see our Cancellation Policy here.

How fast do I need to be?

I tell folks that being able to ride your loaded bike at 10mph, you will be in the thick of things. We stop every 8-10 miles, and have rider sweeps to make sure no one gets left behind.

Are these trips filled with repeat customers?

I'd say that on any trip, we have about 50% folks who have travelled with us before.

Do I have to know how to fix a flat tire?

No, but this is a great time to learn!  In the event of a flat, myself or someone on the trip will certainly assist (and teach(.  Please have a tube, tire lever and pump with you.

Should I bring a lock?

Its really not necessary, as the bikes are never left unattended. However, please do whatever makes you comfortable.

 Tour F.A.Q.

How do people get to the start of your Tours?

Our Tours are designed to allow participants to take the train to/from the start/end points. The exception is Quebec, which requires driving, flying, taking a bus or taking the train to the last stop in the US and riding to the start.

Is that guy Eddie on all of your Tours
